Creating your account

Flowpane supports two ways to sign in: magic link (passwordless) and email with password.

  1. Go to app.flowpane.com
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send magic link
  4. Check your inbox for an email from Flowpane
  5. Click the link in the email — you'll be signed in and taken to the onboarding wizard

Magic links expire after 24 hours. If the link has expired, request a new one from the login page.

Note

Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a minute. Add [email protected] to your contacts to prevent future emails from being filtered.

Sign up with email and password

  1. Go to app.flowpane.com
  2. Switch to the Email & Password tab
  3. Enter your email address and choose a password
  4. Click Sign up

Your password must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one number

A strength meter shows how secure your password is as you type.

After signing up

Both methods take you to the onboarding wizard, where you'll set up your name, organisation, first workspace, and first site.

If you signed up with a magic link and want to add a password for convenience:

  1. Go to Settings → Security
  2. Under Set password, enter and confirm your new password
  3. Click Save

You can now sign in with either method.

Accepting a team invitation

If someone has invited you to their Flowpane workspace, you'll receive an email with an invitation link. Clicking it creates your account (if you don't have one) and adds you to their workspace with the role they assigned.
