Removing and restoring
Before removing a Site or Workspace, check what the action affects and whether restoration is available. Account deactivation and personal-data requests are separate actions.
Sites
Removing a Site removes it and its check history from the Workspace. There is no Site restore action. Download reports or evidence you need before removal.
- Open Site settings → Danger zone.
- Select Remove site.
- Type the exact Site name and confirm.
Only Workspace admins can remove a Site. For a data-erasure request, contact hello@flowpane.com; removing a Site is not confirmation that every retained copy has been erased.
Workspaces
A Workspace admin can delete a Workspace through Workspace settings → Danger zone. It appears in Deleted Workspaces, where an admin can restore it while it remains available. Restore promptly after a mistake and contact support before relying on a recovery period. See Workspace settings.
Child Organisations
Disable suspends access to a Child Organisation and its Workspaces. Restore reinstates access. Disabling is not a data-erasure request. See Child Organisations.
Check the result after a lifecycle change
Archiving concerns the Site record and monitoring lifecycle; it is different from deleting website content or unsubscribing a recipient. Read the visible confirmation to understand the action's scope. Restoration does not prove that a fresh governance check has already completed.
After restoring, confirm verification and monitoring eligibility, review the latest observation date, and run a manual check if you need current evidence. Review recipients separately before sending another report.
