Notification preferences
Open Notification preferences in Flowpane to review the controls available for your account. Preferences are grouped as Governance, Team, System and Announcements.
Email toggles
Account emails, including sign-in links, password recovery and Workspace invitations, are sent from noreply@flowpane.com. If a message does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact support.
Changes email is off until you opt in. Under Governance, choose the categories you want:

Changes email is sent only for Sites on paid plans. Free Sites can record Changes from manual checks and show them in-app, but receive no proactive Changes email. Restored events, a single isolated file-check failure and content changes to the other supported text files are not emailed. See Changes for the complete categories and limits.
Email toggles save as you change them; check the Saved or Failed feedback. Email eligibility is decided when a Change is recorded, so turning a preference off later may not stop an email already on its way.
Source activity summary
The Source activity summary is available on every plan, including Free, and is off until you turn it on. It covers each Site you can view that is connected to its source (its CMS, framework or site platform) through a Flowpane connector, and lists what needs attention first, then changes that could affect governed files, verified Flowpane fixes and activity totals. You receive at most one summary a day, and none for a day without source activity. It has no in-app notice. See Source activity, health and change summaries.

Score fall threshold
Choose 1–100 points in Score fall threshold; the default is 10. It controls when a score drop notifies you in-app and, if opted in, by email. Recent changes may show a drop below your threshold because it qualified for another eligible member of the Workspace. Your own notifications still follow your threshold.
In-app notifications
Use the bell for governance, team and system notices and the megaphone for announcements. The Governance in-app toggle controls Changes notices and is on by default. Current Workspace members who can view the Site, including Viewers, can receive them. Scheduled and manual checks use the same audience; a manual check is not limited to notifying its runner.

Report emails and scheduled checks
Report emails are managed through each Site's report recipients, rather than these account preferences. External recipients opt in through their invitation and can unsubscribe from report mail. Changing your account notification settings does not add you to another Site's report list, and report recipients never receive the Source activity summary.
Scheduled checks record observations for eligible Sites. Meaningful transitions can produce Changes and notifications; a steady result does not create a notice on every run. Changes email follows the preferences and plan rules above. It does not schedule report emails or periodic digests. Inspect the actual Site result when reviewing a scheduled run.
