Workspace settings
Open Workspace settings from the sidebar while in the Workspace. Admins manage settings; access to each page depends on your role.

General
Review Site monitoring individually; a default preference does not establish that a check has completed. See Check scheduling.
Agency and Enterprise white-label options let you set a report logo and footer branding. See Governance report.
For location requirements, see Data residency. A region preference does not change agreed processing locations.
Security
Workspace-enforced two-factor authentication, configurable session limits, IP allowlisting and domain restrictions are unavailable for the current service. Do not rely on saved preferences to restrict sign-in. Use the available account security controls and carefully manage Workspace membership.
Danger Zone
Type the Workspace name to confirm deletion. The Workspace appears in Deleted Workspaces, where an admin can restore it while it remains available. Restore promptly after a mistake; contact support before relying on a recovery period. Restart any Deep Scan you need after restoration.
Moving a Workspace to another Organisation is not supported. For personal-data requests, contact hello@flowpane.com.
