Managing members
From Workspace settings → Team, Workspace admins can manage who has access.
- Change role — use the role dropdown on any member's row to pick Viewer, Editor, Reviewer, Publisher or Admin. See Roles and permissions.
- Remove member — click the × button at the end of the member's row and confirm.
- Your own row — highlighted with a "You" badge. You cannot change your own role or remove yourself, which prevents a Workspace being left without an admin by accident.
- Pending invitations — listed below the members. The ⋮ menu on an invitation offers Resend and Revoke. See Inviting team members.
All members can see every Site in the Workspace. Site settings show the same member list under Team access, read-only, because access is managed through Workspace membership. Use separate Workspaces for different access groups.
Check sharing consequences
Review the selected Workspace and affected person before changing access. Removing membership is different from removing a report-recipient association, although member-based delivery eligibility is checked again before send. Review report recipients if the person also receives Site email.
Membership grants access to the Workspace's Sites subject to role and surface authority. It does not expose every Activity surface or recipient identity. Keep separate Workspaces for client groups with different access needs.
