Site score

The Site score is one number from 0 to 100 summarising applicable implementation quality and governance assurance. Individual artefact, AI readiness and coherence scores describe their labelled scopes. Open the contribution breakdown and Findings to understand the headline number.

A reachable 100

100 means best-in-class under the current active Flowpane criteria and evidence model. Satisfying every active, applicable criterion can achieve it. Capabilities Flowpane does not currently assess are not applicable in this model and do not block 100.

Our understanding and adopted criteria evolve. A Site can score 100 today and less under a new model even with unchanged public content. Keep the criteria and assessment time with every comparison; historical assessments retain their original meaning.

Implementation and governance assurance

Implementation reflects the current assessed public artefacts and intended policy. Governance assurance reflects available controls that establish reliable source/public visibility and attribution. Installation, plan price, monitoring frequency and inactivity do not earn or remove points.

A confirmed supported CMS without a source connection can have a proportionate Flowpane governance best practice Finding because the available source comparison remains unproven. Every plan, including Free, can connect a supported installation. A platform Flowpane does not support has that connector control marked not applicable, rather than failed or passed. When declared and observed platforms disagree, resolve that uncertainty first.

A healthy connector heartbeat and unchanged source/public state can preserve assurance even when content has not changed for months. More frequent monitoring detects changes sooner; the same evidence receives the same score on every plan.

Read the evidence first

Some serious defects or material cross-file contradictions can limit the Site score. Smaller optional-file defects affect their relevant assessment without imposing an unrelated severe Site limit. Missing or expired security.txt contributes through the security implementation assessment; it does not automatically impose an additional severe Site limit.

Optional applicability can end when a surface is intentionally retired or absent without a continuing obligation. Prior presence remains in history. Review the Finding explanation rather than inferring a legal or compliance claim from a score.

Numeric ranges and follow-up

Scores can be grouped into 90–100, 75–89, 60–74, 40–59 and 0–39. Unavailable is separate; a measured zero remains zero.

Proposed content and downloads do not update the observed Site score. An estimated projection retains the same active criteria and remaining evidence limits. After authorised publication, verify the public outcome. Flowpane Impact counts only supported observed outcomes.
