Batch operations

Select multiple URLs via checkboxes, then use the batch action bar to set priority, frequency, include/exclude, or create a pattern rule from the selection.

Before applying a batch edit

Confirm that the selected URLs belong to the intended Site and share the same policy. Try a narrow selection first and review the resulting overrides. A batch exclusion changes sitemap inclusion; it does not delete the page or make it inaccessible.

Review the generated URL list before export or deployment. Correct an unintended override in the editor rather than assuming a later crawl will reverse your authored choice. See pattern rules for precedence and exporting for the publication boundary.
