Workbench overview

Flowpane has three deliberately different review surfaces.

Quick Review combines triage and available quick remediation, opened with Review on a Site row. You can inspect evidence and prepare supported fixes without opening the full Workbench. Actions depend on the finding, role and plan. See Review.
Fixed text Workbench covers robots.txt, ads.txt, security.txt, llms.txt, ai.txt and humans.txt. It keeps observed Current content, Proposed editor state, saved revisions, validation and review decisions separate.
Cookies & Consent is an evidence summary, not a file editor. Sitemaps has its own specialised Workbench. See Sitemaps & Crawl.

Fixed text actions

Fix and Fix all save supported corrections to the shared draft; inspect the returned outcome and text before using it.
Generate with AI helps prepare Proposed content, which you should review before saving. Each successful generation counts against your monthly allowance; rejected output does not.
Save creates a revision. Validate checks the saved content.
Review requests, and the approved or rejected decision with its note, are recorded against an exact saved revision from the revision history panel; they do not publish the file.

Observed content and its score remain the recorded result until a later public check. Editing, fixing, AI generation, saving, validating or approving Proposed content does not change the observed result or the Site score.

Publishing

The fixed-file editor does not provide general FTP/SFTP deployment. For most text artefacts, publish reviewed content through your authorised hosting or CMS process. A supported Joomla connection can separately offer Apply to Joomla for robots.txt when Managed changes and the required review/validation conditions are satisfied. This does not extend to every text file or CMS. Generated sitemap deployment is another separate capability. See Managed changes.

Plan and role gating

Draft editing needs Pro or above and the Editor or Admin role; draft version history needs Scale or above; review and approval need Agency or Enterprise and the Reviewer or Admin role. See Workbench.
