Plans and billing FAQ

Can I try Flowpane for free? Yes. Every new organisation starts on the Free plan: one Site, one Workspace, one member, all eight governance artefact checks and sitemap scanning. Use an on-demand check for your first result.

How do I upgrade? Go to Settings → Billing → Plans and click Upgrade to [plan]. Plan changes and payment terms are arranged with Flowpane. See Upgrading your plan.

Is annual billing cheaper? Yes. The Plans tab shows the monthly-equivalent rate for annual billing alongside the monthly price.

What happens if I downgrade? Nothing is deleted or archived. Existing Sites, Workspaces and members stay, but you cannot add more until you are within the lower plan's limits, and plan-gated features such as the Workbench draft editor or the governance report become unavailable.

Is Unlimited really unlimited? Unlimited means there is no fixed number for that allowance. Fair use and rate limits apply to every plan to keep the service stable, and Flowpane normally contacts you first if usage looks unusually high. See Fair use and unlimited allowances.

Do unused allowances roll over? No. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month.

Where do I see how much I have used? Settings → Usage shows progress bars for every limit. See Usage and limits.

How often do automatic checks run? For an eligible verified Site with monitoring enabled, review the plan interval under Monitoring and check its latest completed outcome. See Check scheduling.

Can I cancel? Contact assist@flowpane.com. Subscriptions are managed with the Flowpane team, so cancellations are handled by email.
