Notifications
Flowpane’s in-app feed helps you review governance, team and system notices. Product announcements appear separately under the megaphone icon.
- Notification categories — how the feed is organised
- Changes — meaningful differences between Site observations
- Managing notifications — reading and clearing notices
- Announcements — product updates
- Health digest — email-summary availability and alternatives
Use each Site’s recorded check outcome for the complete result. Review Notification preferences for the available controls.
Which channel should I check?
| Channel | Purpose and boundary |
|---|---|
| In-app bell | Governance, team and system notices offered by the service; a category does not imply every event generates a notice. |
| Account email | Sign-in, recovery and invitation messages; read the email's purpose before following its link. |
| Report email | Explicitly requested delivery of a generated Site report to eligible recipients. |
| Announcements | Product communications under the megaphone; separate from Site check results. |
| Health digest | Unavailable; preferences do not turn periodic summaries on. |
| Changes | Meaningful Site transitions in-app for eligible Workspace members; optional category-based email for paid-plan Sites. |
Scheduled and manual checks can record Changes for the Site. Eligible Workspace members who can view the Site can receive in-app notices according to their preferences; the audience includes Viewers and is not limited to the person who ran a manual check. The first observation establishes a starting point, and unchanged results create no repeated Changes. Use Changes for the categories, thresholds and email rules, Check scheduling for automatic checking and Reports for explicit sharing.
When a notice is missing
Open the Site's recorded result first. A completed scheduled check may have findings without a notification. Reading or archiving a notice does not resolve the underlying finding, rerun a check or change the website.
