Workspace limits
Plan limits are set at the Organisation level and shared across all of its Workspaces:
- Sites — counted across every Workspace in the Organisation
- Workspaces — how many the Organisation can have
- Team members — counted across the Organisation
- AI generations — a monthly pool for the Organisation
Every Workspace within an Organisation has the same plan and the same feature set. There are no per-Workspace plans.

Choose the correct remedy
Check the Organisation's effective plan and actual usage before reorganising client access. A limit blocks the relevant new action; it is not permission to remove another client's Site or member to make room. Discuss plan requirements with the authorised administrator.
Do not equate “Unlimited” with exhaustive crawling or guaranteed throughput. Page observations remain subject to crawl limits, and an unavailable usage count does not mean zero. Unlimited allowances are subject to fair use.
