Editing URLs

Each row in the URL table is editable:

• Priority — 0.0 to 1.0 (homepage=1.0, depth-based decay)
• Change frequency — always, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, never
• Included/Excluded — whether the URL appears in the generated sitemap

Saved overrides apply to the generated URL list. Review them after a crawl or Site change.

Make the declared inventory intentional

Inspect the URL’s response, preferred canonical and indexing policy before changing inclusion. Priority and change frequency are publisher hints, not promises about crawler behaviour or index placement. Excluding a URL here does not set noindex, block crawling or remove content.

After editing, review individual overrides alongside pattern rules and generate the intended output. A saved override is preparation; the website's public sitemap remains separate until authorised publication and a later scan. See Pages evidence.
