Delivery
Governance, team, and system notifications appear under the bell icon in the top bar. Announcements appear under a separate megaphone icon to prevent governance alerts from being drowned out by product updates.
A category groups notices; it does not promise a notice for every check. Changes compares completed observations: the first observation establishes the starting point, unchanged results create no repeated notices, and your threshold controls score notifications. Notifications and report delivery serve different jobs
An in-app event draws your attention to activity; reading it does not fix a website finding. Report email distributes a generated Site snapshot to eligible recipients and has its own consent and delivery states. Account and invitation emails have their own purposes.
Scheduled and manual checks can produce Changes and in-app notifications for eligible Workspace members. Changes email is opt-in and available for paid-plan Sites, with different rules for each category. Restorations and isolated file-check failures appear in-app only. Health digests remain unavailable.
