Improving your governance score

1. Open Review and read the current implementation and governance-assurance Findings behind the headline Site score.
2. Start with material defects and contradictions. Small optional-file refinements cannot erase an unrelated foundational failure.
3. Confirm the Finding's evidence, governing source and intended policy. Either permissive or restrictive AI-crawler access can be high-quality governance when clear and consistent.
4. For a confirmed supported CMS, connect the source integration to establish available source/public assurance. Free supports connection, current evidence and supported user-approved deterministic actions. Unsupported Flowpane connector capabilities are not applicable.
5. Follow the relevant Workbench link, review the exact Proposed content and validate it. Your role still governs editing, saving and applying changes; AI and history have their own availability.
6. Read the projection as estimated or conditional under the same active criteria, retaining remaining Site limits, contradictions and verification requirements.
7. Publish through the authorised workflow or use a supported approved managed action, then inspect the public verification.

100 is reachable by satisfying every active, applicable criterion that Flowpane can assess and the customer can fulfil. Capabilities outside the current model do not create unresolvable scored Findings. Installing a package, buying faster monitoring or changing nothing for months does not alter quality for identical evidence.

A missing or expired security.txt affects its relevant implementation assessment without automatically adding a severe whole-Site limit. A useful valid llms.txt does not lower a Site because linked-resource verification is outside the active model. Optional absence can end applicability where no continuing obligation remains; prior observations remain in history.

Criteria evolve with artefacts and our understanding. Check model identity before treating a lower score as a Site regression. Flowpane Impact counts verified assisted fixes and distinguishes external resolutions; hypothetical projected points are excluded.
