Referral programme
Review your referral code and status under Settings → Billing → Referrals. Confirm any referral-credit offer with Flowpane before relying on a billing benefit.
Your referral code
- Go to Settings → Billing → Referrals.
- Copy your code. It has the form
FP-XXXXXXXX. - Share it. A new organisation enters the code when it signs up.
How a referral qualifies
Eligibility, qualification and credit timing depend on the offer agreed with Flowpane. A referral shown in the application is not confirmation that a subscription credit has been awarded.
Tracking referrals
The Referrals tab lists each referral with its email, sign-up date and status:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The organisation has signed up but has not yet qualified |
| Active | The referral has qualified and a credit is due |
| Redeemed | The credit has been applied |
| Expired | The referral did not qualify |
If you were referred by someone, the Billing page shows a card with your own referral status.
