Understanding your dashboard¶
The workspace dashboard is your home screen. It gives you an at-a-glance view of what needs attention across all your sites.
Action and review¶
The top-left section highlights items that need your attention:
- Verify required files — sites with missing governance files
- Review last failure — links to the most recent check run with critical issues
- Individual artifact alerts (e.g. "ads.txt — File not Found")
Activity¶
The top-right section shows audit activity over time with total event counts and a chart showing events by day.
Quick actions¶
Shortcuts for common tasks: Run key checks, View audit, Create verification file.
Status summary¶
Key stats: last updated, last run, lifecycle status, and open items count.
Artifact status¶
A grid of cards for each governance artifact type. Each card shows the artifact name, governance score (0–100) with colour indicator, quick-action icons, and when the last check ran.
Score colours¶

|---|---|---|
| 80–100 | Green | Healthy, no critical issues |
| 50–79 | Amber | Improvements needed |
| 0–49 | Red | Critical issues found |
| — | Grey | Not yet checked |
