Agency setup guide

This guide walks through setting up Flowpane for an agency managing multiple client websites.

  1. One organisation for your agency
  2. One workspace per client (or per client group)
  3. Sites within each workspace

Onboarding workflow

  1. Create your account and organisation
  2. Create your first workspace for your largest client
  3. Batch import their site URLs
  4. Invite team members with appropriate roles
  5. Run initial governance checks
  6. Repeat for each client workspace

Tips

  • Use tags to categorise sites (e.g. "priority", "redesign", "ecommerce")
  • Pin your most active workspaces and sites
  • Set up workspace defaults for check frequency so new sites inherit the right schedule
  • Consider the Agency plan for 100 sites, 15 workspaces, and priority support
