Creating your account
Sign in to Flowpane with an email magic link, or use a password once you have set one. Start at app.flowpane.com.
Sign up with a magic link
- Select the Magic link tab.
- Enter your email address and click Continue with email.
- Open the message from Flowpane and follow the link. Your first sign-in opens the onboarding wizard.
Magic links expire after one hour and can be used once. Request a new link if yours has expired.
Signing in with a password
Select Password, enter your existing account email and password, then click Sign in. Use a magic link to create your account first.
Forgot password? requests an email link to choose a new password. Follow the latest valid link in the message.
Setting a password
After signing in, open Settings → Security, enter and confirm a password, then click Save.
Your password needs at least eight characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a character that is not a letter. The strength meter provides feedback.
After signing up
The onboarding wizard sets up your name, Organisation and first Workspace. You can add Sites and invite colleagues during setup.
Accepting a team invitation
Follow the invitation and sign in with the exact email address that was invited. See Accepting an invitation.
