Sitemap Analysis Hardening

• Multi-sitemap discovery: finds sitemaps from robots.txt, standard paths, and platform-specific locations
• Nine-check XML validation with weighted scoring
• Full URL list stored as separate artifact
• Sitemap index expansion (up to 50 children per index)

Notification System Split

• Announcements now appear under a dedicated megaphone icon
• Bell icon reserved for governance, team, and system notifications
• Each has its own unread badge and dropdown

Artifact Status Tile Fix

• Tiles now display correct colours based on score thresholds
• Green for 80+, amber for 50–79, red for below 50
• Separate "File not Found" state for 404s
