Yoast compatibility¶
Flowpane uses versions reported by your paired WordPress Connector. It does not fingerprint frontend assets or ask plugin vendors about your site. Compatibility awareness is separate from public governance checks and never changes your Site governance score.

The Connector obtains the selected controller's installed version from WPSEO_VERSION, with the local wp-seo.php Version header as fallback. Missing or malformed evidence stays unknown. No full plugin inventory or vendor call is needed.
Yoast's rolling WordPress support policy and tested-up-to field are vendor facts, not Flowpane verification or a dated EOL promise. Free 28.4 declares WordPress 6.9 or later. Premium editions are not in this matrix.
Older, unknown and future untested Yoast releases are unverified. Your site remains connected and public checks continue. This awareness label does not itself turn off existing augmentation.
Back up and test a copy, then update through Plugins → Installed Plugins following Yoast's update guidance. Check that the native sitemap and any Flowpane contribution still appear afterwards. Flowpane does not install or patch Yoast.
