Product changes, newest first. Announcements inside the application (the megaphone icon) link here. An entry describes the Flowpane release that contains the change; it reaches app.flowpane.com when that release is deployed, which can be later than the month shown.
September 2026¶
- Sitemap Workbench integration — the specialised sitemap measurement now runs inside the Site's governance Run, so the sitemap score in the Workbench and the Site score always agree. Tabs are Overview, Explorer, Deep Scan, Freshness, Coverage, Editor and History.
- Data region wording — onboarding and settings now describe the recorded region as metadata only. See Data residency.
- Documentation refresh — this site was reviewed page by page against the product and rewritten where it had drifted, and new pages were added for reports, recipients, Google Search Console, Site settings, scheduling, analytics, support and Child Organisations.
August 2026¶
- humans.txt, llms.txt and ai.txt — each artefact's findings, starters and scoring were aligned with its external status: optional conventions that Flowpane recommends and scores, with no invented content in starters.
- Site verification — verification proof is now durable and Workspace-wide, with a shared verification value across the File, DNS TXT and Meta methods, and Bulk Verify on the dashboard.
- Onboarding — account, Organisation and Workspace are activated together; optional Sites and invitations are created afterwards and reported separately.
July 2026¶
- Sign-in activity — the sessions page now describes what it can and cannot prove, and adds Sign out other browsers and Sign out everywhere.
- Sign-out — sign-out reports the real outcome instead of assuming success.
April 2026¶
- Governance pipeline — checks now store immutable per-artefact results under a parent Run, and every surface reads the same stored Site score. Manual runs are attributed to the person who started them.
- AI readiness — persisted per Site and shown in analytics and the governance report.
March 2026¶
- Sitemap analysis hardening — multi-sitemap discovery from robots.txt, standard paths and platform-specific locations; sitemap index expansion up to 50 children.
- Notification split — announcements moved to a dedicated megaphone icon; the bell is reserved for governance, team and system notifications.
- Documentation site launched.
