Runs and activity

Every governance check and every sitemap scan is recorded as a run. Runs are immutable: the results they hold do not change when later runs happen.

The activity feed

The Activity section on the Site overview shows the most recent events for the Site. Click View all to open the full activity page, which adds charts of sitemap URL changes over time above the event list.

Filter events by type (All, Checks, Integrations, Reports, Deploys, Fixes) and by status (All statuses, Success, Issues, Info), or search them.

Run pages

Click a run to open its page:

• Header — the Site, the run identifier and who started it: a named user for manual runs, or Flowpane for scheduled ones. Back to sitemaps returns to the Workbench and View diff appears when a sitemap diff exists.
• Summary — the outcome (Pass, Warn, Blocked or Fail), and for a check run the URL fetched, HTTP status, message and size. For a sitemap run it records whether an existing sitemap was detected.
• Activity — every event recorded during the run, with timestamp, actor and status. Show raw expands the recorded detail.
• Artefacts — the files the run produced, such as a generated sitemap, a diff or a crawl list, with download links. A run blocked by a firewall has no artefacts and says so.

Sitemap diff

For sitemap runs, View diff shows the URLs that were added and removed between the existing public sitemap and the set Flowpane generated. It is a URL-level comparison, not a content diff.

Artefact check pages

Each artefact tab on a Site opens the Workbench pinned to the latest result. From a run page you can open the same Workbench pinned to that historical run to see exactly what was observed at the time. See Workstation overview.

Run History page

The sidebar's Run History entry opens a Workspace-wide run list with filters for check type, trigger and date. This page is being rebuilt on the current data model and shows no entries at present; use each Site's activity feed and the Sitemap Workbench History tab instead.
