Support
Documentation and knowledge base
This site is the first place to look. The Help & resources menu in the top bar links to it, to the knowledge base and to the changelog.
Choose the address that matches your request:
| Purpose | |
|---|---|
| Product help, account access, billing support or a problem using Flowpane | assist@flowpane.com |
| General and enterprise enquiries, privacy questions or personal-data requests | hello@flowpane.com |
| Suspected security issues or vulnerability reports | security@flowpane.com |
Email support is available on every plan. Raise a ticket in the Help & resources menu also starts an email request. Older links to support@flowpane.com continue to reach the support team.
For personal-data erasure, use hello@flowpane.com. See Danger zone for the difference between account deactivation and erasure. Send security reports privately to security@flowpane.com; describe the affected URL and what you observed without including passwords or access tokens.
Support tickets in the application
On Pro and above, the Support page in the sidebar lets you raise and track tickets without leaving Flowpane.
Choose your Workspace in Flowpane, then open Support in the sidebar. Sign in if prompted. The link opens the Workspace selector because ticket access belongs to the Workspace you choose.
Raising a ticket
- Open Support in the sidebar and click the new ticket button.
- Enter a Subject and a Description.
- Choose a Category (Bug, Feature request, Billing or General) and a Priority (Low, Medium or High).
- Submit.
Ticket attachments are unavailable. Include the affected page, visible status and steps to reproduce in the description. Do not include passwords or access tokens.
Following a ticket
The Support page lists your tickets with their status: Open, In progress, Waiting on you, Resolved or Closed. Open a ticket to read replies and respond. A dot on the Support icon in the top bar shows when a ticket is waiting for your reply.
Free and Starter
The Support page on Free and Starter explains that tickets are available on Pro and above and links to the knowledge base and the Plans page. Email support remains available.
Diagnose before contacting support
Use the troubleshooting guide for blocked checks, verification, CMS connection and report email. For unfamiliar labels, start with the glossary. Include the affected Site and visible result, while keeping passwords and connection secrets out of your request.
