Health digest

The health digest is an email summary of the notifications Flowpane raised for your Sites since the previous digest. It is personal: each member receives their own digest covering the Workspaces they belong to.

Frequency

Choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly in Settings → Notifications. Each digest covers the period since the last one: one day, seven days or thirty days. Flowpane skips the email entirely when there is nothing to report.

On the Free plan the frequency is fixed at Monthly. Paid plans can choose any of the three.

Content

The email opens with "Hi , here's your summary" and lists the governance, team and system notifications from the period, each linking back to the relevant Site or page.

Opting out

Turn off the Health digest toggle in Settings → Notifications, or use the unsubscribe link in the footer of any digest email. In-app notifications are unaffected.
