Analytics and Flowpane Impact
Analytics in the Workspace sidebar shows portfolio metrics across its Sites. Read current numeric scores and assessment times alongside the recorded activity. An unavailable metric appears as a dash; a measured zero means no recorded outcome within the stated coverage.
Flowpane Impact
Flowpane Impact shows verified outcomes for month, quarter, year or all time. The evidence start date identifies the beginning of recorded coverage; earlier activity is not reconstructed as verified impact.
- Sites governed — the Sites included in the Workspace summary.
- Verified Findings resolved — Findings with positive evidence that an active rule now passes.
- Flowpane-assisted fixes — user-initiated supported actions applied through Flowpane and successfully verified in public.
- Regressions recovered — a materially worse observed state restored by a verified Flowpane-assisted action.
- Verified points recovered — an attributable improvement between observed before and after scores under the same criteria.
- Current unresolved Findings — current gaps needing review.
A customer editing their CMS directly can resolve a Finding. That is an external resolution, not a Flowpane-assisted fix. A single verified action is one fix even when it clears several Findings. A criterion becoming not applicable or retired is not a customer fix.
Saving Proposed content, viewing an estimate or requesting Apply does not establish a verified fix. Flowpane counts the supported applied action after successful public verification. Automatic remediation is unavailable; every supported managed action still requires the existing user authority and approval.
Comparable recovered points
Recovered points require actual observed before and after scores under the same active criteria, attributable to the action. Projected scores and a change of criteria create no recovered points.
The points metric is limited to each Site's current criteria. If Sites use different criteria, the Workspace shows separate criteria totals rather than one mixed-criteria number. Across longer periods, verified fix counts remain meaningful while comparable points retain this narrower scope. A Site can be 100 under today's criteria and lower under a future adopted model without a Site regression.
The monthly chart distinguishes verified assisted fixes from external resolutions. For all time, the chart shows the most recent 12 months while the headline counts cover all recorded time. Expand Impact by Site for current verified scores and per-Site outcomes. Workspace totals include all governed Sites even when the displayed Site list is limited.
Source activity
The Source activity block, below Flowpane Impact, shows what Sites connected through a Flowpane connector reported. Filter it by Site and by month, quarter, year or all time.
- Source changes observed — local changes counted in change summaries.
- Changes affecting governed files — changes that could affect a sitemap, robots.txt, page indexing or another governed file.
- Priority events — local conditions that asked Flowpane to check sooner.
- Summaries received — change summaries Flowpane collected.
The chart shows the most recent 12 months. Connector health by Site lists each connected Site with its connection status, last contact and whether its connector already reports activity or has an update available.
Source activity is activity, not fixes: it never adds to Flowpane Impact. A change that could affect a governed file prompts a public check, and only that check can record a Change or Finding. See Source activity, health and change summaries.
Portfolio metrics and recorded activity
The remaining sections show score distribution, file coverage, Needs attention, team activity, usage, common gaps, numeric AI readiness and the Site list. Recorded deployments describe recorded workflow activity; their count alone does not establish a verified Flowpane fix. Historical or unavailable metrics retain an explicit unavailable state.
Every authorised Workspace member can read Analytics, including a normal Pro editor. Role and feature permissions govern actions and exports separately. Identical public/source evidence receives the same score on all plans; faster monitoring does not buy quality points.
