Analytics

Analytics in the sidebar shows governance metrics across every Site in the Workspace. It reads the same stored scores and results as the Sites list, so the numbers always agree.

Sections

1. Stat cards — headline counts for the portfolio
2. Portfolio score trend — the average Site score over time
3. Cumulative impact — issues resolved and files created over the period
4. Health ring and score distribution — how Sites spread across the score bands
5. File coverage — which artefacts are present across the portfolio
6. Recent fixes and Needs attention — the Sites with the most severe open findings, ranked by a seven-tier severity rule (required artefact blocked, then missing, then errored, then unscorable, then pending, then low score, then mid score)
7. Team activity — manual checks run by each member, and the recent activity feed
8. Usage — progress bars against plan limits
9. Common gaps and AI readiness — the artefacts most often missing, and the distribution of AI readiness grades
10. Sites leaderboard — Sites ranked by score
11. Top recommendations — the recommendations that would improve the most Sites
12. Export — download the underlying data as CSV

Metrics that are not yet available

Flowpane shows "—" rather than a number where the history needed for a metric is not yet stored. Today that applies to the portfolio score trend, "Sites improving", "Issues resolved", "New files created" and per-Site trend lines. These will fill in once historical score snapshots are retained; they are never estimated.

Plan gating

• The Trend column and per-Site sparklines require Pro or above.
• Export CSV requires Pro or above. On lower plans the button is shown disabled with an upgrade note.
