Danger zone

Settings → Danger zone holds the two irreversible account actions. Both ask you to confirm before anything changes.

Leave Organisation

Removes your access to the Organisation and all of its Workspaces. Your personal account and the Organisation itself remain active.

You cannot leave if you are the only active owner. Transfer ownership to another active owner first. If you are the sole active member, the Organisation would be left with nobody in it, so the action is refused; contact [email protected] if you need an Organisation closed.

Deactivate account

Deactivates your personal account and signs you out everywhere. Type your email address to confirm.

What deactivation does and does not do:

• It removes your ability to sign in.
• It does not erase your personal data and does not start a timed purge. There is no self-service "delete my account" with a recovery window today.
• It does not change Organisation resources, Sites, Workspaces or billing.
• If you are the final active owner of an Organisation, you must transfer ownership first. If you are the final active user of your only Organisation, that Organisation must be closed first, which is not available from this screen; contact support.
