Activity and audit log

Flowpane records who did what across a Workspace: sign-ins, Site changes, checks, sitemap runs and failures. Two pages present that record.

Audit page

Audit, reached from the Workspace's activity link, is restricted to Workspace admins. It lists events newest first with:

• a Category filter: Workspace access, Login, Login failed, Logout, Site updated, Check failed, Check blocked, Sitemap run, Sitemap run failed
• quick chips for Access, Login failed and Failures
• free-text search
• Previous and Next paging

Audit Log in Workspace settings

Workspace settings → Audit Log shows the same record with an Events tab and filters for action, user and period (7, 30 or 90 days). Admins see every event and can filter by user; Editors see only their own events. The Analyze tab and the Export CSV button on this page are placeholders marked Coming soon.

Exporting

A working CSV export of audit data is on the Analytics page, available on Pro and above.

Site-level activity

Each Site has its own activity feed filtered to that Site. See Runs and activity.
