Site overview

Open any Site from the Sites list to reach its overview page. Everything about one Site is reached from here.

  • Score ring — the current Site score, or "—" if no score is available yet
  • Site name and URL, with a Verified or Pending verification badge and the lifecycle badge (Active, Paused or Deactivated)
  • Tags — up to four of the Site's tags
  • Run all checks — runs a governance check across all eight artefacts (Editors and Admins)
  • Report — a dropdown with Report history, Generate report and Generate and send report. See Governance report.
  • Edit (pencil) — opens the Site metadata form
  • Settings (gear) — opens Site settings

Below the header, tabs take you to Overview, Reports and one page per artefact: robots.txt, ads.txt, security.txt, llms.txt, ai.txt, humans.txt, Cookies & consent and Sitemaps. Each artefact tab shows a badge with its open issue count, or a "Blocked" pill when the last check was blocked.

Overview sections

  1. Platform intelligence — the declared platform, what Flowpane observed and the confidence of that observation. See Platform detection.
  2. Needs attention — artefacts with findings that deduct from the score, each with a direct action such as View, Fix, Create, Retry or Run check.
  3. Missing files — artefacts that returned not-found, each with a Create shortcut into its Workbench.
  4. Status card — "Governance checks have not run yet" while the first run is pending, or "All governance checks are healthy" when nothing needs attention.
  5. Report recipients — visible to Workspace admins. See Report recipients.
  6. Activity — the most recent checks, reports, deployments and fixes for this Site, with a View all link. See Runs and activity.

First visit

The first time a Site is opened after it is added, a setup modal asks you to confirm the auto-detected name, platform, audience, industry and tags. See Site metadata.
