Site overview

Open any Site from the Sites list to reach its overview page. Everything about one Site is reached from here.

Choose your Workspace in Flowpane, then open the Site from the dashboard. Sign in if prompted.

Header

• Score ring — the current Site score, or "—" if no score is available yet
• Site name and URL, with a Verified or Pending verification badge and the lifecycle badge (Active, Paused or Deactivated)
• Tags — up to four of the Site's tags
• Run all checks — runs a governance check across all eight artefacts (Editors and Admins)
• Report — a dropdown with Report history, Generate report and Generate and send report. See Governance report.
• Edit (pencil) — opens the Site metadata form
• Settings (gear) — opens Site settings

Sub-navigation

Below the header, tabs take you to Overview, Reports and one page per artefact: robots.txt, ads.txt, security.txt, llms.txt, ai.txt, humans.txt, Cookies & consent and Sitemaps. Each artefact tab shows a badge with its open issue count, or a "Blocked" pill when the last check was blocked.

Overview sections

1. Platform intelligence — the declared platform, what Flowpane observed and the confidence of that observation. See Platform detection.
2. Needs attention — artefacts with findings to review, blocked checks or errors. Use the action shown for that artefact, such as View, Fix, Retry or Run check. Needing attention does not necessarily mean a score deduction.
3. Missing files — required artefacts that returned not-found, with a Create shortcut where available. Absent recommended files appear separately as Not present.
4. Status card — "Governance checks have not run yet" while the first run is pending, or "All governance checks are healthy" when nothing needs attention.
5. Reports and recipients — manage report recipients on Reports if you have the required authority. The overview can point you there. See Report recipients.
6. Activity — the most recent checks, reports, deployments and fixes for this Site, with a View all link. See Runs and activity.
7. Recent changes — meaningful differences between completed observations, with the observation time in UTC, affected file or Whole site, severity and state. Open View for the detail and retained before/after content where available; Show more loads more recent records. The first observation establishes the starting point. See Changes.

First visit

The first time a Site is opened after it is added, a setup modal asks you to confirm the auto-detected name, platform, audience, industry and tags. See Site metadata.
