Connecting Joomla with Flowpane

Contact assist@flowpane.com to arrange a supported CMS connection for your Site before starting installation. Review the package requirements and available management actions.

Connect the Joomla installation to the matching Flowpane Site. Platform detection alone does not connect the installation or grant management authority.

1. Open the Site integration in Flowpane with an account authorised to manage it.
2. Follow the connection action and installation instructions offered for that Site.
3. Complete the corresponding action in the Joomla Flowpane component as an authorised administrator.
4. Return to Flowpane and confirm the connected Site and integration status.

Use manual connection instructions only when Flowpane or support explicitly offers them. If the Site address or installation changes, follow the current reconnect guidance rather than assuming an old connection remains valid.

A connection does not itself publish drafts or grant every management action. Review the capabilities shown for the Site.

Check the connected identity

Confirm that the installation and Flowpane Site refer to the intended public host. Connecting is an attempt in progress; Connected confirms the association. A Needs attention or Disconnected state is a reason to read the next action and check the current setup, rather than rely on old observations.

Connecting Flowpane does not give permission to modify the Site. Managed changes must be explicitly enabled separately. Keep connection credentials private and never reuse a client's connection details for a different Site.
