Flowpane for HubSpot Content Hub
Flowpane for HubSpot Content Hub connects your HubSpot account to Flowpane through HubSpot's own authorisation. Nothing is installed on your website: Flowpane reads from HubSpot's APIs and compares what HubSpot says with what your website actually serves, so the gaps between a HubSpot setting and the public result are easy to see and act on.
What it brings
- Your HubSpot content, side by side with the public website: website pages, landing pages and blog posts, with their canonical links and the indexing directives each page declares.
- Domains understood: every domain on the account and its purpose, such as primary website, landing pages or a redirecting domain, linked to Flowpane Sites only by exact address and only when you choose.
- Redirects you can trust: HubSpot's URL redirects compared with what the public website actually does, and new redirects prepared, approved and verified in Flowpane.
- Exact guidance for everything else: for robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical links and indexing directives, Flowpane shows the precise change to make and where to make it in HubSpot, then confirms the result on the public website.
- Changes noticed: edits in HubSpot are picked up, and Flowpane checks the public website to see what visitors and crawlers now receive.
Guides
- How it works: how HubSpot produces robots.txt, sitemaps, canonical links, indexing directives and redirects, and what Flowpane reads and changes.

Connect HubSpot
Our team sets up HubSpot connections with you. Contact assist@flowpane.com with your HubSpot account and the Sites it serves, and we will connect it together:
- A HubSpot user approves Flowpane's access on HubSpot's own authorisation screen. Flowpane asks only for the permissions it needs, and refuses any grant wider than its request.
- Flowpane confirms the connection belongs to your HubSpot account and lists the account's domains.
- Someone with the right role in Flowpane links each domain to its verified Flowpane Site.
- Flowpane reads the account's content and begins comparing it with its public checks.
You can disconnect at any time, which revokes Flowpane's access in HubSpot.
Changes with your approval
Connecting does not give Flowpane permission to change anything. Where Managed changes is enabled, Flowpane can prepare URL redirects for approval, apply each approved redirect to the exact Site it belongs to, and verify it on the public website; an approved redirect can be withdrawn just as precisely. Everything else is guided: Flowpane shows the exact change, a person makes it in HubSpot, and Flowpane confirms the public result. See How it works.
